Dreamride 2025 Entrant regulations
Failure to comply with these regulations may result in entry to the Dreamride 2025 event being refused, or removal from the event. Please ensure you read carefully.
1. Vehicle
a) The vehicle displayed at the event must be the same vehicle listed on the application – attempts to switch cars without the knowledge of the Dreamride 2025 Experience organisers will result in refusal of entry
b) Vehicles driven on trade plates must have their plates displayed whenever the vehicle is moving, including on the event grounds
c) Vehicles must be free of sharp or dangerous items that may injure passengers
d) If it is suspected that vehicles may cause damage to the vent grounds (through dropped oil or hot exhausts etc.), owners must take steps to prevent this occurring, or they may be held liable for any damage caused.
2. Vehicle display and signage
a) Placement and location of vehicles on the event grounds is entirely at the organiser’s discretion, and all directions given by the Dream Ride Experience organisers must be followed by entrants at all times.
b) Fencing or other material or objects separating spectators from vehicles is prohibited.
c) Vehicles must have their entrant number displayed on the front windscreen at all times.
d) Stickers on vehicles promoting businesses or other entities are not permitted.
3. Entrant/driver behavior
a) Wigley Reserve is a dry zone, and consumption of alcohol on the grounds is strictly prohibited.
b) Entrants/drivers must travel at walking pace whilst on the event grounds. If spectators are nearby, please request an escort by a Dream Ride Experience staff member.
c) Once vehicles are in place and on display, entrants/drivers may not start or move their vehicles now use in-car audio equipment until the Dream Ride Experience staff advises.
d) Any entrant/driver behavior that endangers the life or safety or any person on the event grounds will result in an instant removal fro the event, and, where necessary, police will be notified.
e) Damage to the event grounds or damage or breakage of any other property will result in entrants/drivers being liable for any repair or replacement costs, including reimbursement of the bond for event hire to Dream Ride Experience organisers if it is forfeited.
4. Event timing
a) All drivers must arrive at Wigley Reserve on Sunday 23rd March between 8:00am and 9:00am
b) Drivers will be asked to drive to the marked Pre-Registration point where they will collect their entry number and paperwork
c) Drivers will be asked to park in a specific spot on Wigley Reserve, as directed by marshals
d) Drivers MUST make their way to the Registration Marquee for further instruction. Current Drivers License, and Registration Papers must be presented.
e) Drivers will be invited to attend the breakfast and briefing inside the main Marquee at 9:30am. All drivers must attend this briefing where important information and safety regulations will be explained. This driver’s briefing is mandatory for all drivers. Failure to attend will mean drivers will not be able to participate in the Dream Ride Experience.
